What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping is $6 sent via 1st class mail

Expedited shipping is $11 sent via priority mail

Our standard practice is to use USPS, and are happy to use a different carrier upon request. Simply send a note through the contact form or an email to info@catalystj.com before placing your order if you'd like a quote for a different method. 

 

When will I receive my order?

Every piece of CATALYST J™ is hand made of the finest quality Austrian crystal and precious metals.  Because of the handmade to order nature of our business it may take 1-2 days for your item to ship, however, we try to get everything sent out the same day if possible.

What's your return policy?

We want you to absolutely love your CATALYST J™ as much as we do! This means you are able to return unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt.  To initiate a return, please send an email to info@catalystj.com with your order number and reason for return.  If there is a mistake on our part, we will send you a return label free of charge.  If you simply changed your mind, we ask you cover the shipping back to us.  You can send your return to:
